Categories, collection and purposes
We collect contact data; company and quote details; requested product, quantity, dimensions, wood type, logo and delivery information; IP/browser and security records; and optional uploaded files. Data is collected through forms, email, calls, server-security logs and documents you provide.
It is used to prepare and follow up quotes, assess production and cost, plan samples/production/packaging/logistics, secure the service, comply with legal duties and manage legal claims. Optional commercial communications and non-essential analytics/marketing technologies are used only where a valid consent or another applicable lawful basis exists.
Legal grounds and recipients
Processing may rely on the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of rights and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Consent is used where no other legal ground applies. Reading this notice does not itself constitute consent.
Where necessary, data may be disclosed to authorised staff; hosting, email, security and technical providers; production, packaging, logistics and customs providers; professional advisers; and competent authorities. International transfers use an available mechanism and safeguards required under the applicable Turkish rules.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only for the quote/business process, applicable statutory periods and legal-claim periods, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether data is processed, obtain information, learn purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions apply, object to adverse automated results and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
