These terms apply to use of toptantahta.com, a B2B product catalogue and quote-request channel primarily for corporate buyers, promotional companies, ecommerce sellers, restaurants, hotels and wholesalers.

Scope

You may review wooden products and request production/pricing information. The website does not accept online payments or complete direct sales. Submitting a form does not create an order, sales contract or obligation for Toptan Tahta to accept a request.

Product information and pricing

Images, colours, dimensions, wood species, lead times, minimum quantities and prices are indicative. A “starting price” is not a final price. Quantity, dimensions, thickness, wood, exchange rate, logo/packaging, delivery location, tax, freight and production planning are addressed in the written quote.

Wood is a natural material, so grain, shade, knots and dimensional tolerances can vary within the agreed production standard. Samples, drawings and tolerances are agreed separately where needed.

Quotes and orders

You confirm that company and request information is accurate, current and submitted with authority. Quote validity, payment, lead time, delivery and commercial terms appear in the written quote. An order becomes binding only after written agreement and satisfaction of applicable payment/production conditions.

Uploaded files

You confirm that you are authorised to use and provide any logo, drawing or other uploaded content for production assessment. Do not upload malicious code, unlawful material, unnecessary personal data or content that infringes third-party rights.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Unless stated otherwise, site design, copy, product images, brand elements and other content belong to Toptan Tahta or the relevant owner. Commercial copying, republication or systematic extraction requires written permission. Security circumvention, excessive automated requests, spam, false information, malware and unlawful use are prohibited and may result in access restriction.

Availability and changes

Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Toptan Tahta applies reasonable accuracy and security measures and may correct obvious errors, update or remove catalogue content. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
